Catherine Nisbet

Catherine Nisbet is an accredited paralegal in the Criminal department at Russel +Aitken.  Catherine is based in the Alloa Office but often attends the Falkirk office when appropriate.

Catherine joined Russel + Aitken in 2006, starting out as a legal Secretary in the civil department. Catherine moved to the Criminal department in 2009.  Catherine has since qualified as a paralegal specialising in criminal work and as a result Catherine liaises with clients and official bodies ensuring all info is correct and files are up to date, attends VIPER parades, takes precognitions and generally provides support to the solicitors in the department.
