COMMERCIAL PROPERTY VACANCY
We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our busy Commercial Property Department, based in our Falkirk Office
Depending on experience, key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on all matters relating to the purchase, sale, re-mortgaging and transfer of l commercial and/or residential property;
- Negotiating missives;
- General miscellaneous conveyancing, eg Deeds of Servitude;
- Attending to registration of title and voluntary registrations;
- Negotiating commercial leases both for landlords and tenants;
- Commercial fixed and floating securities and Discharges;
Full or Part- time considered
