Costina Saltan

Costina Mihaela Saltan is a Solicitor and Notary Public within the Civil Court Department at Russel + Aitken (Falkirk + Alloa) Ltd. Costina is primarily based in our Alloa office but will see clients in the Falkirk office where appropriate.

Costina graduated with a Law degree from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu (Romania), before completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Stirling and her Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Robert Gordon University.  Costina joined Russel + Aitken in 2025 and has quickly become an asset to the department.

Costina advises clients across Divorce, Child Contact and Residence disputes, Cohabitation claims, Separation, Adults with Incapacity  and a broad range of civil litigation matters.  Costina also has experience in Private Client matters and specifically Executries.
