Iona Pryde

Iona Pryde is our trainee Solicitor within the Private Client department.

Iona has had a wide variety of jobs, from swim teaching to hospitality roles before beginning her legal career. She completed her LLB at Glasgow Caledonian University and graduated in 2024. She then completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde at the beginning of 2025. Iona joined Russel + Aitken in May 2025 firstly as an admin assistant. Iona has since started her traineeship and will qualify as a solicitor in July 2027. Iona works within our Private Client department working on a variety of different matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Executries.
