James Savage
James Savage has retired from a full time position and is currently a Consultant within the Court department at Russel + Aitken (Falkirk + Alloa) Ltd. James is based in the Alloa office but will see clients in the Falkirk office where appropriate.
James joined Russel + Aitken in 2014 following a merger with Savage Law Practice and after 32 years in practice. James qualified as a Solicitor in 1982, completing an apprenticeship with C&PH Chalmers in Aberdeen where he developed his skills in the Court department. James has worked in all areas of the Court department but now consults on Children and Family cases, where he has particular expertise. James is a member of the Safeguarders panel which is run by Children 1st on behalf of the Scottish Government, providing help for families, when needed.
