Jay Goodwillie

Jay Goodwillie is a Senior Solicitor and Notary Public with extensive experience across Civil and Family law. Jay is mainly based in the Alloa office but will see clients in the Falkirk office where appropriate.

Admitted to the roll of Solicitors in 2014, Jay began her legal career as a legal executive in 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She previously served on the Executive Committee of the Scottish Young Lawyers Association and accepts referrals from organisations including Scottish Women’s Aid and the Armed Forces Community.

Jay joined Russel + Aitken Solicitors in 2024, bringing a strong background in litigated family cases, including Residence and Contact disputes, from the lodging of the Initial Writ to the conducting of Children’s Hearings and Referrals, Proofs and Child Welfare Proofs, Child Welfare Hearings, and Appeals to the Sheriff Principal.
