Robert Smith

Robert Smith is a Senior Solicitor in the Court Department of Russel + Aitken.  Robert is based in the Alloa office but can see clients in the Falkirk office where appropriate.

Robert joined Russel + Aitken in February 2019 with more than 39 years’ experience.  Robert qualified in 1980 after completing his traineeship with Ferguson, Robertson and Norrie in Dundee.  Robert was a former partner with W&AS Bruce before leaving with 3 others to start Peddie Smith Maloco.  Robert spent 22 years with Caesar & Howie, primarily in the criminal department, before joining Russel + Aitken.
